At Instorya FZ LLC trading as Instorya or www.instorya.ae (herein referred to as "Instorya", "we", "us" and "our"), we recognize the sensitivity of the confidential information that you share with our service, and we are firmly committed to protecting your privacy.

This Privacy Policy describes the type of information we may collect from you when you visit instorya.ae or use any products or services that include an authorized link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Services”), how we use the information we collect, with whom we share it, how we protect it, and the choices we offer you regarding our collection and use of such information.

If you choose to import your photos using a social media account you may be asked to grant us access to certain information from your social media profile, such as your full name, photographs, and email address. Social media networks operate independently from Instorya, and we are not responsible for social media networks’ interfaces or privacy or security practices. Please refer to the privacy settings of the applicable social media platform or application to determine how you may manage the interactivity between Instorya and your social media account.

Other Information. To personalize your experience and to improve our products and Services, we may ask you to provide us with information about your personal interests, professional interests, demographics and experiences with our products or Services. Providing this additional information is optional. If you elect not to share this information with us, it will not affect your access to the Services. If you participate in community discussions and chats, we will capture that information. The amount and type of information you share voluntarily in these ways, and the decision whether to share posts, and with whom to share them, is always your choice. When you share content from any of your Groups (as defined below), we may collect the email addresses and phone numbers of the recipients of any content you have elected to share with others. We will not disclose these email addresses and phone numbers to any third parties. Please note, however, that these people will be able to forward your email and phone number containing the shared content to other parties, if they choose.

In addition to the personal information you may provide to us as described above, we automatically collect certain device and statistical information to allow the Services to work better for you. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security that is disclosed online.

Payments

When you subscribe to any of the paid portions of the Services or when you make a purchase from our mobile application, we will collect the personal and financial information from you as stated above. We will not share this financial information with anyone outside of our company, other than the financial institutions involved in processing your payment or any third-party service providers we ask to process this information on our behalf, in order to fulfill our contractual obligations to you. We will comply in all respects with applicable consumer credit laws.

When sensitive information (login data, credit card number, expiration date) is provided, encryption is performed using secure socket layer (SSL) technology. All credit/debit cards’ details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties. Though Instorya undertakes the necessary steps to safeguard your Personal Information, do note that Instorya cannot fully eliminate all security risks, and is not liable for any losses that may results from unauthorized use of your credit card by any other third party.

Please note, if you click away from the Services to visit the site of any third-party advertiser or sponsor, you may be asked for your payment card or other personal information in order to purchase or use products and services offered. These companies have their own privacy and data collection practices. We have no responsibility or liability for these independent policies. Children Under the Age of 18

Instorya are not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from, minors under the age of 18. Minors are not permitted to use the site or services, and Instorya requests that minors under the age of 18 not submit any personal information to the website. Since information regarding minors under the age of 18 is not collected, Instorya does not knowingly distribute personal information regarding minors under the age of 18. . If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under the age of 18, please contact us.

Where We Store Your Personal Information

Instorya is located in the UAE and its Services are hosted in the United Kingdom. When we obtain information about you, we may transfer, process, and store such information outside of the country in which you reside, including in the United Kingdom. By using the Services, you consent to the transfer to and processing and storage of your information in countries outside of your country of residence, which may have different data protection laws than those in the country where you reside.

Instorya is not responsible for the privacy policies of websites to which it links. If you provide any information to such third parties different rules regarding the collection and use of your personal information may apply. We strongly suggest you review such third party’s privacy policies before providing any data to them. We are not responsible for the policies or practices of third parties. Please be aware that our sites may contain links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third parties. The information practices of those Web sites linked to our site is not covered by this Policy. These other sites may send their own cookies or clear GIFs to users, collect data or solicit personally identifiable information. We cannot control this collection of information. You should contact these entities directly if you have any questions about their use of the information that they collect.

Response Timing and Format

We aim to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 30 days of its receipt. If we require more time (for a maximum total of 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the receipt of a verifiable consumer request. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. Instorya does its best to ensure accuracy on its marketing materials sent out. Should there be any discrepancies or inaccuracies, changes will be made at our sole discretion and Instorya is not liable to honor any of the discrepancies in prices or discount promotions.

If you find that your photo product design has been copied or used in any manner that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and undertake the necessary measures upon obtaining all the required information for verification and authentication.

In order to ensure the security of your information, Instorya will periodically review this Privacy Policy and reserve the right at our sole discretion to update, revise or make modifications to the said policy from time to time. The date of this modification will be reflect at the top right of this page.
